A home is something that so many of us take for granted…Imagine how it might feel if you suddenly don’t have your home anymore…you don’t know where you will sleep and it isn’t only yourself that you need to worry about, it’s your children, too.

Homeless moms and their children know these feelings all too well but thanks to the generosity of the Wells Fargo Foundation, our Transitional Housing Program can provide homeless mothers and their children with the tools they need to regain self-sufficiency.  This grant enables us to continue to provide our families with affordable housing, supportive services, case management, critical life-skills, and most importantly, access to higher education programs.  The ultimate goal is to provide our mothers with the opportunity to earn a higher degree or gain a job skill that allows them to secure a higher paying job so they have the power of choice and ultimately, the ability to support themselves and their families.

Thank you to the Wells Fargo Foundation for supporting our Transitional Housing Program and for making a real difference in the lives of our families!!
