Opening the doors to housing through education
Ready to Rent was developed in order to educate the community to understand important elements of being a successful tenant. The training begins with understanding the three main components landlords need in their tenants: paying rent in full and on time, taking care of the property, and following the lease agreement.
In order to address these pillars of being a successful renter, participants are educated in the following ways:

Participants will attend six sessions, for a total of 12 hours of education.
