At this time we do not have any one bedroom apartments, therefore singles are not eligible to apply. We only have 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Household income must be greater than $2,000 per month but less than $6,000 (income will be verified prior to acceptance). Current Nashua area residents will be prioritized.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Once application is submitted you will be put on a waiting list or denied. All denied applicants will be notified via email. If application is not filled out fully, it will simply be voided. Your application will be held on file for 12 months from the date the application is received. If a unit should become available during that time, you will be notified and required to come in for an interview, verify income, complete a criminal background check, and fill out necessary paperwork to determine if you would be a good fit for one of our units.
