By opting in through the Front Door Agency’s Project Joy application, you agree to receive text messages about Project Joy appointment reminders and pickup updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact the Front Door Agency at 603-886-2866.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to apply for or receive Project Joy assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy Policy
The Front Door Agency collects the mobile phone number, name, Project Joy application information, and text-message consent information you provide. We use this information only to communicate with you about your Project Joy application, appointment, and pickup.
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Front Door Agency uses Twilio solely to deliver text messages on our behalf.
We will not use this text-message consent to send fundraising or promotional messages.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect and retain it only as long as needed to administer Project Joy and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
