Accounts Receivable/Billing Compliance Administrator

The Front Door Agency, Inc. (FDA) is seeking an organized, detail oriented and high energy Accounts Receivable/Billing Compliance Administrator to support the Business Manager and Direct Service Teams. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think analytically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The position duties includes: processing rental payments, preparing deposits, reconciling donations, generating invoices, reconciling AR ledgers and researching discrepancies, preparing monthly grant reimbursement billings and ensuring all billable items meet grant requirements, and preparing bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the mission of the Front Door Agency, a keen understanding of its programs and goals. Must have an advanced proficiency with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Teams software with the ability to manage and create excel worksheets. Strong verbal and communication skills and a high degree of professionalism in dealing with a diverse group of people are required.

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
