Logement permanent et abordable

The Front Door Agency offers affordable housing in Nashua including Mary’s House, Marshall St. and Shattuck St.

MARY’S HOUSE

Avec l'achat récent de Mary's House, l'Agence a la possibilité de s'assurer que Mary's House reste un logement abordable pour notre communauté, et permet à l'Agence d'élargir son champ d'action et d'étendre sa mission à beaucoup plus d'individus.

Mary’s House, located on West Pearl Street, is a non-treatment, Section 8 rent-assisted apartment building with 40 subsidized single-room occupancy apartments. It provides permanent supportive housing for single, homeless women without children, ages 18 and over who are in need of a safe and supportive living environment.

We will continue to partner with Nashua Housing Authority to provide housing vouchers to these vulnerable populations.

Pour postuler à Mary's House, vous devez vous rendre en personne à la Nashua Housing Authority à l'adresse suivante : 40 E Pearl St, Nashua, NH 03060

MARSHALL ST. | SHATTUCK ST.

The Front Door Agency owns and manages these two affordable housing properties. This permanent housing program was implemented to help families find and maintain affordable, safe housing.

Shattuck Street is a 6 unit property and Marshall Street is a duplex. In total, these two properties provide six 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units.

Eligibility requirements:

  • For families who earn 60% less of the area median income. Please review the HUD Income Guidelines to determine if your income meets the 60% of Annual Media Family Income threshold for Nashua.
  • ONLY for families requiring two or more bedrooms.

Please call our office at (603) 886-2866 to check availability for Marshall Street and Shattuck Street or click below to put your name on the waitlist.

The Agency is in need of monetary support to help with essential renovations to Mary’s House. We are hoping to raise $310k to create a new community space, care management space, and upgrade the security and heating systems.  Will you consider helping us? Thank you!
