Thank you for registering for the Front Door Agency’s 2021 Holiday Program! Please note that this program serves the Greater Nashua area only.

Please fill out the application below in its entirety. If there are changes to your application from 2020, or if you are registering for the first time, an in-person appointment in our offices may be required to verify eligibility.

PLEASE NOTE:  No gaming consoles, no electric scooters and no gift cards for children under age 12. No bicycles for children over age 12.
