  • Priority is given to families without a Housing Choice Voucher (section 8).

Application Process:

Vacancies in our affordable permanent housing units are rare. This is not emergency housing. The Agency maintains a waitlist for occupancy. Applications are held for up to 12 months. Applicants are contacted in the order received if an appropriate unit becomes available during that time.

Use the link below to submit a Waitlist Application. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your application within 5 business days of submission.

The Agency is in need of monetary support to help with essential renovations to Mary’s House. We are hoping to raise $310k to create a new community space, care management space, and upgrade the security and heating systems.  Will you consider helping us?
